Scarcity in Economics

Economics → Quiz → Scarcity in Economics

Desires are unlimited, but resources are scarce
Our desires are unlimited, but the resources are scarce (or limited). This is the fundamental concept of Economics. If resources are unlimited, for example, unlimited money, food, technology, services, etc. then all prices would be zero and there will be no need of the subject of economics. Thus, the essence of economics is to acknowledge the reality of scarcity.
