The girl did not change her expression. She was staring at the doctor continuously. She seemed to be afraid of him. She resisted strongly when he tried to check her. She became quite angry and aggressive. She tried her best to keep him away from her. She was rebuked by her parents for her misbehaviour with him.

5. Why did the doctor call the sick girl by her first name?
The doctor called the sick girl by her first name out of love and affection for the child. She was not responding to him. She was resisting his treatment. The doctor showed love and kindness to the child to persuade her to open her mouth. But, she remained unmoved.
