IV. Theoretical Perspectives: Biological, Psychological, and Sociological theories; Islamic perspective.

V. Juvenile Delinquency: Statistics and behavioral vs legal definitions.

VI. Juvenile Justice System: Role of police, courts, and correctional institutions.

VII. The Criminal Justice System: Police, Courts, Prisons, Probation, and Parole.

VIII. Punitive and Reformative Treatment: Corporal punishment, Imprisonment, and Rehabilitation.

Section – III (25 Marks)

IX. Criminal Investigation: Principles, Intelligence, Data base, and Forensic Investigation.

X. Techniques: Interviewing, interrogation, and analysis.

XI. Legal/Ethical Guidelines: Arrest, search, and seizure procedures.

XII. Monitoring Orgs: UNAFEI, INTERPOL, EUROPOL, UNODC, etc.

XIII. Modern Concepts: Terrorism, Media representation, Intelligence-led Policing, Cyber Crime, and Money-laundering.
