Victoria Waterfalls

Victoria Falls is the world's largest sheet of falling water with outstanding beauty attributed to the falls i.e. the spray, mist and rainbows. It is located on the Zambezi River at the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. Victoria Falls is significant worldwide for its exceptional geological and geomorphological features.

An outstanding feature is the naturally formed "Armchair" (also called "Devil's Pool"), near the edge of the falls along the Zambian side. And, it is possible to walk along the edge of the falls.

Victoria Falls was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1989.
